The Car Pile

This is where the Stray dogs go for their own meetings. Things on this side of the track aren't done as democratically as Howl Hill; the leader is chosen by who has the worst bite. Here they only accept stray dgs; owned dogs who want to join must prove themselves.
Off to the side is a fighting pit made years ago. Here is where the leaders are picked and the owned dogs prove themselves.
